Product Description
The Forty Rip Cargo pants have been designed with everyday function and utility in mind. The fabric is made from cotton and elastane which gives the pant excellent wearability with its ability to stretch with your movements. The pant has been shaped to give it a more relaxed fit but it incorporates pull ties on the hem so if you want to give them a more tapered look then the option is there. The Rip pant has 7 pockets which has a zip security feature on one.

Delivery and Returns
We offer a DPD service that takes 2-3 days to deliver, excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Delivery is free for orders over £90. For purchases under £89.99, the delivery fee is £5.50 to the UK Mainland and £11.50 to Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands.
The cut-off for next-day deliveries is 2 pm from Monday to Friday. Similar to our general dispatch policy, orders aren't dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
International delivery fees and timeframes vary per country.

Our return policy is valid for 28 days from the date of your purchase. We happily accept web returns at both of our stores at Royal Exchange Square and Glasgow Fort.
Items that are not returnable include gift cards, free gifts, promotional items, any item not in its original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error, and any item returned more than 28 days after delivery.
For international returns, please contact us at web@fortyclothing.com with your order number, and we will arrange a return via DHL.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for items purchased on, or after Wednesday 1st November 2023 returned unworn and in perfect saleable condition within its original packaging until Sunday 7th January 2024.
