Delivery

We offer a DPD service that takes 2-3 days to deliver, excluding Northern Ireland, 

Highlands, and Islands. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Delivery is free for orders over £90. For purchases under £89.99, the delivery fee is £6.00 to the UK Mainland and £12 to Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands.

The cut-off for next-day deliveries is 2 pm from Monday to Friday. Similar to our general dispatch policy, orders aren't dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

International delivery fees and timeframes vary per country.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 28 days from the date of your purchase. We happily accept web returns at all of our stores at Royal Exchange Square, Glasgow Fort and Silverburn.

• Click the link to our new returns portal and enter the information needed about your order.
• Simply choose between downloading a paperless QR code or print your own by downloading it from our portal.
• Take your order to your closest returns drop off store, which is shown on our portal, and let them scan the code.
• Once you hand it over to the drop off store, they will return your order to us, and we will process your return as soon as we receive it!
• £4.50 will be deducted from the refund.

Items that are not returnable include gift cards, free gifts, promotional items, any item not in its original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error, and any item returned more than 28 days after delivery. 

For international returns, please contact us at web@fortyclothing.com with your order number, and we will arrange a return via DHL.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for items purchased on, or after 13th October 2025 returned unworn and in perfect saleable condition within its original packaging until 7th January 2026.
