WHICH COURIERS DO YOU USE?

A We currently use DPD for all UK parcels and DHL for Express International Shipping.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A All UK orders are sent out on a next day service via DPD once the order has been processed. Processing can take upto 2 days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A UK Orders: Once your order has been processed by our team you will receive an email containing a unique DPD tracking number.

IS IT A SIMPLE PROCESS TO CHECKOUT?

A Yes
Without compromising on security, we have made the process as quick as possible but it will always be quicker if you have logged in to your ‘My Account’ area. Check your cart to make sure that all the items you have ordered are showing (please also check the quantities).

I HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN PLACING AN ORDER

A We hope you don’t experience any problems with the Forty Clothing website but here, we’ll explore what might be seen as an issue:

Issue: Product doesn’t seem to add to the basket
Solution: View your basket to double check. If the product is not there, please try adding again as this should be a ‘single click’ function. If a product is showing as Out of Stock, you will not be able to add this product to your basket.

Issue: You can’t login to your account area
Solution: This may be due to an incorrect email address or password being entered – you can request a reminder to be sent to you

CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER I HAVE PLACED?

A Once an order has been placed, you are unable to change this on the website.
Please contact us if you would like to make any changes to your order.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

A We ship to most countries worldwide. If your required shipping country is unavailable at the checkout, please contact us.

A We strive to ensure our product images are always an accurate match to the item delivered. Should you have any issues please contact us.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE?

A You will find all sizing information on each item’s individual product page.

IS THE FIT THE SAME ACROSS ALL YOUR GARMENTS?

A We recommend taking your normal size in t-shirts, hoodies and shorts and sizing up in our sweats.
