Product Description
There has always been an inherent struggle between the powers that be and generations crying out to be seen, heard and understood. It has been manifested over the years through music and fashion.
The very first pirate radio station was Radio Caroline, which was broadcast from a ship on waters just outside British maritime jurisdiction.
The reason for launching this radio station was a calling from the younger generation at the time on the music they wanted to hear as the playlist from a very corporate Radio 1 was completely out of touch.
London 1988 saw the emergence of electronic dance music pirate radio Fantasy FM, which had DJs Fabio and Grooverider, latterly of radio one broadcasting their “Rage” show which was named after the club night night they met at.
Other stations followed suit such as Kiss, Centerforce, Choice, Flex, Rinse, and Piccadilly radio where DJs like Carl Cox and Paul Oakenfold had their own shows.
This is the first release of a series of three limited edition collection DEFACE FM tees. Each piece features a QR code that will take you to our very own music channel via the SoundCloud platform. We will be celebrating different forms of electronic dance music from new and up and established DJs and producers within the scene.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery
We offer a DPD service that takes 2-3 days to deliver, excluding Northern Ireland,
Highlands, and Islands. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Delivery is free for orders over £90. For purchases under £89.99, the delivery fee is £6.00 to the UK Mainland and £12 to Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands.
The cut-off for next-day deliveries is 2 pm from Monday to Friday. Similar to our general dispatch policy, orders aren't dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
International delivery fees and timeframes vary per country.

Returns
Our return policy is valid for 28 days from the date of your purchase. We happily accept web returns at all of our stores at Royal Exchange Square, Glasgow Fort and Silverburn.
- Click the link to our new returns portal and enter the information needed about your order.
- Simply choose between downloading a paperless QR code or print your own by downloading it from our portal.
- Take your order to your closest returns drop off store, which is shown on our portal, and let them scan the code.
- Once you hand it over to the drop off store, they will return your order to us, and we will process your return as soon as we receive it!
- £4.50 will be deducted from the refund.
Items that are not returnable include gift cards, free gifts, promotional items, any item not in its original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error, and any item returned more than 28 days after delivery.
For international returns, please contact us at web@fortyclothing.com with your order number, and we will arrange a return via DHL.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on all online purchases, and an exchange or credit note on all in-store purchases, for items bought on or after 13 October 2025.
Items must be returned unworn, in perfect saleable condition, and in their original packaging by 7 January 2026.
